Room very spacious and comfortable. Good location close to restaurants and take way. Staff was helpful in arranging a room for a meeting and with laundry.

I like the locations of the hotel, at the main road and easy to locate. The staffs responsive and give chance to review and check room before proceed with check in.

Pleasant reception and courteous staff. English speaking receptionist. Caring attitude from staff. The bed was soooo comfortable that I looked up the brand. Quiet environment. Good range of choices for breakfast, even on a diet. Reception always picked up the phone and were very keen to satisfy a customer. I loved my stay, won't bother looking elsewhere next time in Rabigh.
